1. The Service

FantaCoach AI is a Fantasy Football assistant app that provides advice based on statistics and artificial intelligence. The service is currently in beta.

2. Acceptance

By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

3. Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to register.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• One account per person. You may not transfer your account to others.

4. AI Advice and Recommendations

Advice provided by FantaCoach AI is based on public statistics and probabilistic models. It does not constitute a guarantee of results. Fantasy Football involves elements of chance that no system can eliminate. Use the advice at your own discretion.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the system.
• Using bots or automated systems to query the API.
• Reselling or redistributing app content.

6. Service Availability

As the service is in beta, it may experience interruptions, updates, or changes without notice. We do not guarantee service continuity.

7. Limitation of Liability

FantaCoach AI is not liable for losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, nor for decisions made based on AI-provided advice.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days' notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
