2. Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to operate the service:

• Email and name — provided at registration.
• Usage data — squads created, saved lineups, messages sent to the AI.
• Technical data — anonymous access logs for service security.

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or financial information.

3. Purpose of Processing

• Providing the Fantasy Football assistant service.
• Sending service communications (e.g. password reset).
• Improving app quality through anonymous aggregate analytics.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the service contract (Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the platform.

5. Where Data Is Stored

• MongoDB Atlas (cloud database, servers in Europe) — account and squad data.
• Railway (backend hosting, US West) — application server.

6. Sharing with Third Parties

Your data is never sold. We share it only with strictly necessary providers:

• Anthropic — AI request processing. Messages sent to the chat are processed by their models. Anthropic Privacy Policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (account verification, password reset).

7. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the account. Upon deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, port it, and object to processing. You can delete your account directly in the app (Profile → Delete Account), or write to support@fantacoach.eu.

9. Minors

The service is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

Any changes to this policy will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
